Mr. Anderson has been with the City of Port St. Joe since November 2008. His background includes approx. eight years with the Florida Department of Revenue before moving back to his hometown of Port St. Joe. He also worked as a Mortgage Broker for three years and served as a City Clerk for approximately 5 years. He holds a bachelors degree from Florida State University.

Charlotte Maddox Pierce, a native of Port St. Joe, is a graduate of Port St. Joe High School and Jones College. Prior to her work with the City, she was employed by Florida National Bank for nine years and served on the Gulf County School Board for 16 years. In 2006 Charlotte was employed as the grant writer and coordinator for the City. In addition to her responsibilities as Auditor/Clerk, Charlotte is also the human resource officer, is responsible for all City insurance matters, the for the sale of cemetery lots.

Tiffany Giddens, Finance Director

Tiffany Giddens is a Gulf County native who returned home in 2023 after spending nearly 20 years away pursuing her education, building her career, traveling, and starting a family. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance and a Master of Business Administration.

Tiffany brings a diverse professional background to the City, including seven years of accounting experience with a large, international accounting firm and eight years in leadership and teaching roles with the University of Florida. Her experience has shaped her commitment to accountability, continued growth, and serving others well.

As Finance Director, Tiffany is committed to responsible stewardship of the City’s financial resources, building a strong and knowledgeable finance team, and helping ensure the City remains financially strong for the community and generations to come.

Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and children, days at the beach, and offshore fishing. Her faith and family are central to her life and influence the way she approaches both leadership and service. After so many years away, she is thankful to be raising her family back home and grateful for the opportunity to serve and give back to the community that helped shape her.
