Water & Sewer Impact Fees
The City of Port St. Joe generates revenue to fund the construction of wastewater collection, pumping, force main, treatment and disposal facilities by charging wastewater capital facilities charges to each new connection.
General Notes:
- An application, along with a copy of your photo ID, and all fees required prior to starting services are to be paid at:
City Hall located at: 305 Cecil G. Costin, Sr. Blvd.
(Please be sure to keep your receipt)
- Once a meter is connected or a grinder picked up, you will begin getting a monthly bill for any and all usage.
Pick up of Grinders:
- It can take up to 30 days to put in the tap if a bore needs to be completed.
- A copy of the paid receipt will be required upon pick up, along with the name of the company or individual who will be installing the grinder station.
- Grinder Stations that are to be installed by the plumber/contractor are to be picked up at The Department of Public Works located at 1002 10th Street. (Receipt of payment MUST be presented at time of pick up.) Prior to picking up a grinder or any parts, please call Public Works at 850-229-8247 to confirm availability.

The impact fees vary per location, please see the fee schedules below to determine the cost for your area.
