The Bay Walk Trail is a 0.7 mile gravel trail tracing the shoreline of St. Joe Bay.

The entrance is near the Frank Pate Park boat ramp, and the trail winds through Maddox Park and George Core Park, then continues through the arch at Port St. Joe Marina, follows the boardwalk around the marina's yacht basin and ends at the pavilion at Jetty Park.

From the entrance at Frank Pate Park, a short six block sidewalk connector running along the south side of highway 71 connects the Bay Walk trail to the Port City Trail system.
